NARS Orgasm Blush

That healthy glow, that dewy finish, that look of feeling awake and refreshed. Wouldn’t it be grand if every morning started out that way? But in the real world every girl needs a trustworthy and flawless blush in her make-up bag as backup. Blush transforms dull, lackluster skin and instantly wakes up the face. With the dab of a cream version, the sweep of a powdered brush, or the touch of a cheek stain, a new look is created.

Proper blush application can be one of the more technical and difficult make-up techniques to master, but its ability

to highlight a complexion makes it worth the effort. True, it can be overdone, but it’s okay to be a bit bold when using a more subtle shade such as pale pink or peach. Consider applying dramatically, then stopping short before it gets too Moulin Rouge-esque. Always apply blush near natural light to avoid any over-applying surprises when venturing out in the sun.

Now, for the be-all and end-all of blushes, look no further than NARS Orgasm Blush. Top make-up artists have come to rely on it and always have it on hand. The peachy pink hue, subtle shimmer, and amazing staying power make it a must-have for all skin tones. The weightless, sheer powder formulation makes it perfect for work, on the town, and of course on the wedding day. Whether accentuating a newly-acquired tan or simply adding some shine, it makes every woman glow. In fact, don’t be surprised if coworkers think you’ve been on vacation or friends ask exactly what you did that morning.

As the creator of this wonderful product, Francois Nars’s mission is to empower women to experiment and have fun (with make-up, that is, but that can be applied to other things as well). He aims to teach women how to enhance their natural beauty, not merely follow the rules. To him, make-up is a true accessory.

So let’s take a look…….

Hey! I just got your comment on my Submarine Wedding post. And then I saw this blog… you’ve GOT to be kidding me. You have NO idea how important this very blush became to my wedding plans.
Let me explain- my now hubby HATES when I wear blush, almost as much as I hate trying to figure out how to apply it. So for my wedding I told my friend I wasn’t going to wear it. Well, my friend freaked out saying “It’s called ‘blushing bride’ for a reason Megan.” So she dragged me to a department store where we told them about my blush dilemma & the girl behind the counter said “I have the perfect thing” and ran and found me NARS’s Orgasm. (She didn’t even work for NARS, she worked for a different makeup company). Anyway, it’s awesome, it saved my “blushing bride” look & it’s easy for makeup dummies like me to use!!!
phew- that was long, I just got so excited. :)

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I am going to have to agree with Megan…I have never figured out how to properly apply blush (or any makeup for that matter)! I’m going to have to try this stuff! :)

    PS. I love your site!
