We love New York City. We do. Really. With its myriad of options. How many places can you find authentic fish ball soup, spaghetti bolognese, hand-rolled cigars, or anything, really anything at any hour of the day or night?
But, let’s face it, it’s not free. In addition to the noise pollution, there is that annoying and ever present issue of cost. You can get what you want, but you’ll pay for it. And pay for it.
So this is a unique little footnote. We adore letterpress and we know this guy who is good. Like really good.
It’s The Dunstan Press. Its founder, a kind and efficient New Englander by the name of Mark, has been doing custom printing since he was eight. At 13, he was printing for his former middle school. At 18, he was printing for his former high school. Imagine that, his schools didn’t want him printing the detention slips for his own school. Perish the thought!
